Sea Launch Zenit 3SL for ICO-1 Failure, 2000

On March 12, 2000, Zenit-3SL rocket failed to deliver ICO F-1 mobile communications satellite from the SeaLaunch platform 230 miles from Kiritimati. A ground software error before liftoff is believed to be the cause of the failure.
