CONCUR 2006 Registration Fees

Early fees are available if registering on or before July 18. Regular fees apply from July 19 until and including August 18. Afterwards, the late fees apply. Online registration will close at the end of August, 23. On-site registration must be done in cash (€ currency only).

The main conference registration includes:

• all administrative costs,
• one volume of the proceedings (Springer LNCS),
• conference material,
• coffee breaks,
• reception on Sun, August 27, and
• excursion/banquet on Tue, August 29.

Lunches are not included in the fee.

Each workshop registration includes all administrative costs, conference material, proceedings (if applicable), and coffee breaks. Lunches are not included.

A participant who registers for any pre-workshop will have access to all pre-workshops, except for the FMICS dinner, which requires FMICS registration.

A participant who registers for any post-workshop will have access to all post-workshops, except for the GVD pre-event and dinner, which requires GVD registration.

Surcharges in detail:

• FMICS surcharge includes one copy of the preliminary proceedings, the final proceedings (Springer LNCS), and the workshop dinner on Sat, August 26. Lunches are not included.
• The GVD surcharge includes a copy of the presentations on CD-ROM, and the pre-event reception and dinner on Wed, August 30. Lunch is not included.
• The workshop-only surcharges additionally apply to participants who do not register for CONCUR. They cover additional administrative costs, and, for FMICS, coffee breaks for the second workshop day. If both a pre- and post-workshop is selected, but no CONCUR, the surcharge is added only once.

Student registration for the main conference includes a volume of the conference proceedings and all other benefits, but excludes excursion/banquet. Students must show student legitimation at registration desk.

Some example calculations (for early fees)

• A student registers for CONCUR. She pays € 300-120.
• A regular participant registers for CONCUR and FMICS. She pays € 300+60+80.
• A student registers for CONCUR, INFINITY, and FOCLASA. She pays € 300+60+60-120-15-15.
• A regular participant registers for EXPRESS and PDMC, not CONCUR. She pays € 60+60+20.
• A student registers for FMICS, not CONCUR. She pays € 60+80+40-15.
• The CEO of a Bonn-based telecom company registers for CONCUR, FMICS, and GVD, and invites her whole team to the banquet. She pays &euro 300+60+80+60+40+243700 * 100.
